According to Baskin, “It used to be a half-day process to determine which families had forms outstanding before the start of camp and then remind them to return the forms. 
With CampMinder, the same process was reduced to a few clicks. This year, for the first time ever, we received every single required form by opening day!”
Targeted communication is also a critical part of Camp Champions’ camper and staff recruitment processes. Baskin says, “If I am going to be in Austin for a few days, it's very easy for me to contact all our prospective families in that area by letter or email to arrange a series of meetings. During the off-season, we communicate with our staff almost exclusively using CampMinder and email.”
