Access to Paperless Attendance is enabled though the "Checkpoint Setup". You will select staff for access at your checkpoints.

  1. Navigate to Travel > Day Camp > Attendance. Select the "Checkpoints" button from the table on the right.

  2. Select from the dropdown menu the Attendance Category to edit.

  3. Click the green "Define New" button on the bottom right of the window if you are adding a Checkpoint. To Add "Staff Attendance Access" click the yellow "Edit" button on any checkpoint in your list to select your staff who will have access to Paperless through CampInTouch.

Paperless Attendance through CampInTouch

Paperless Attendance is linked to hired staff through the CampInTouch page. Access is available from a tablet or phone with WiFi access.

Note: If NO STAFF are selected for a checkpoint, paperless will not be available to anyone as an attendance option in CampInTouch.

  1. Log into CampInTouch. Select 'Attendance', and then your 'Checkpoint' from the dropdown.

  2. Select the filter (if using). Otherwise, use the 'All' dropdown.

Note: Filters are the assignments for each individual camper. This includes 'Groups', 'Busses', 'Car', 'Before Care', and 'Exceptions'.

  3. Select the camper from the dropdown list and check the appropriate box. The checkpoint options we have setup in the example below are 'Absent" or 'Present.'

Note: Busses are ordered with their bus stop progression. Campers at each stop are listed alphabetically by last name.

💡Tip: You can setup different attendance options to best categorize a campers status at a location. Example: you can choose to have 'present' and 'absent' at the bus checkpoint, and 'Checked in' and 'Checked Out' at your morning group checkpoint. These settings are available through Travel > Day Camp > Attendance > Checkpoint
